Jeweled Lotus Yoga Refund Policy
We know plans sometimes change, which is why we're happy to issue a full refund for events or classes in most cases if 48 hours or more notice is given. If you need to cancel, please choose the most direct method of communication. Phone is best: you can call Kellie at (352) 874-3272.
No refunds will be issued after the 48 hour deadline has passed. If you think you qualify for an exception to this rule, please call Kellie.
If a studio event is cancelled, full refunds will be issued unless otherwise noted. Some workshops & special events have a minimum of 5 attendees - if this minimum is not met, the studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event at which point those who have registered will be offered a refund or they may apply their payment to the rescheduled event.
Regardless of the deadline, if you cannot make it to an event for which you registered, it'd be really great if you called us so we know you're not stranded on the side of the road, injured, or otherwise indisposed! Again, phone is best for that!
